LEARN MORE ABOUT TRAUMA INFORMED PRACTICES

A one-hour, school-based workshop addressing misogyny,
coercive control and unhealthy relationship patterns
Young people are forming relationships earlier than ever before, yet many do so without a clear understanding of what a healthy relationship actually looks like. When there is no physical violence and no visible bruises, harmful dynamics such as control, manipulation, emotional pressure and coercive behaviour are often minimised, normalised or missed entirely.

This creates a serious safeguarding gap. Many teenagers struggle to recognise the difference between everyday conflict, unhealthy or toxic dynamics and emotionally abusive or controlling behaviour. In the context of rising misogyny, online influence and distorted relationship messaging, this lack of awareness places young people at increased emotional and psychological risk.
Relationship Red Flags for Teens is a one-hour, trauma-informed workshop designed specifically for delivery in schools. It provides clear, age-appropriate education that helps teenagers understand relationships through the lens of respect, consent, safety and equality.
